ReefNation's DOA Policy (DEAD ON ARRIVAL)

Our shipping method is with UPS or FedEx Priority Overnight with a standard charge of $45. Free shipping on orders over $399. All orders are guaranteed against DOA for 2 hours after the time of receiving shipments. In the event of a DOA, please email us photograph(s) of dead frags within the 2 hour period.

ORDERS

  • Orders may take up to 3 days to process after payments have been cleared. We will try to reach out to you in order to coordinate the best delivery day
  • If a coral needs a little time to heal before shipping or if we have been asked to do a custom frag, we may request to extend the shipping window for up to 2 weeks. 

SHIPPING

  • Orders will be shipped to the address given at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a safe and accurate shipping address to deliver, please double check your address in your order confirmation.
  • We will not give refunds for orders where Fedex has determined there’s no safe location to leave package.
  • ReefNation is not responsible for unfortunate events such as misplaced, lost or stolen packages, during the time of transit. Under all circumstances FedEx is responsible. We will do our best to assist all customers regarding missing packages.
  • ReefNation has no control over delays of package during the shipping process. You would need to contact UPS/FedEx customer service to help answer and track your order.  We will do our best to assist all customers with obtaining transit information of your order.
  • All DOA or Shipping Claims will be reviewed and where appropriate, a store credit will be given in the form of a gift card or a reshipment will be communicated with customer where we will cover the corals and customer will cover the shipping costs.  
  • ReefNation is not responsible for orders where UPS/Fedex has delayed their delivery.  That being said, our goal is happy customers so we always try to communicate, resolve, and make the customer happy.
  • ReefNation DOES NOT ship to P.O. Box address.
  • Livestock WILL NOT be shipped to APO/FPO addresses.
  • ReefNation, LLC WILL NOT refund orders that were given insufficient, inaccurate, or invalid address.
  • There will be NO REFUND on shipping cost for any reasons.
